I am very much privileged to recognize your contribution in helping the Boy Scouts of the
Philippines in the implementation and delivery of its youth program. Your vast experience and
participation in policy formulation, conduct of training and activities, planning, implementation,
monitoring and evaluation will greatly help this study attain its objective.

At present, I am writing a qualitative study on “Enhancing the Mission of BSP in Creating Better
Communities” on which I am confident that you can share your successes in the six strategic priorities,
contributions, as well as, issues and challenges that you encountered in the area of Community-Based
Scouting, Membership Growth and in the implementation of programs and activities under the Better
World Framework.
