AIESEC EXPERIENCE: Learning Strategy

Since November 2003 – when we started the implementation in our country – we have faced tons
of challenges, disappointments and failures... Depuration of the membership, strong discussions
with alumni and old members, initial decrease in number of members...
At the same time we have been documenting our learning and looking close to very innovative
countries, to their best case practices and results... here we want to publicly recognize AIESEC in
India and AIESEC in Australia for their GCPs, without their experiences our task will be not
finished yet.
Taking the best of the GCPs of the network, customizing when necessary and adding our own
ideas, constantly asking for external advise and testing each one of the tools, we are proud to
present you the way we understand and deliver the AIESEC Experience to our members – and
when we say our members, we definitely include our IC and OG trainees...
The result of our efforts? This Learning Strategy to implement the AIESEC Experience,
allowing us to have the best membership ever – committed people, right people in the right
places and for the right reasons.
People who took our country from the position 57 in the Global Ranking to the 11th place, who
increased our exchange results in 250%, who increased the incomes generated directly from
Core Work in 300%, who are currently running seven P-BoXes in a country with three LCs, who
are moving forward to open a new Local Committee and who are working hard to host the best
EuroExpro ever!!! All this in just one year...

Our Learning Strategy...
