This is a Statement of Work (SOW) by and between Axtria, Inc. ("Company") having its principal office
at 300 Connell Dr. 5th Floor Berkeley Heights NJ 07922 and DigitalBytes Inc. (Vendor), an
organization having an address at One Oxford Valley 2300, Lincoln Hwy. Ste. 301, Langhorne, PA
19047. The consulting services to be provided by Vendor to Company and Company's customers
("Customer") are as per the following terms and conditions and in accordance with the Vendor Consulting
Agreement dated 10/08/2021, the terms of which are incorporated herein and made a part hereof by
reference.

SUMMARY OF PURPOSE FOR WORK STATEMENT

a) Onsite consulting services by Vendor's Consultant: Kranthi Kumar Edla
b) Position: Business and Data Analyst
c) Expected duration of the assignment is 6 months
d) Start date: On or about October 13th, 2021
e) Axtria Manager: Sourabha Naluvala
f) Consulting rate: $100/HR. Monthly Billing, Net 30 Days (upto 8 hours per day)
g) Client: Janssen
h) Other: The language “Also, Article 10.2 will not be applicable for the above employee” in the
clause 7.3 of the Vendor Consulting Agreement stands deleted.
