Good Morning! Thank you for being my sub for kindergarten.

Here is some
information that may be helpful.
Some things to know
● Student has a peanut allergy

Bathroom
Students may use the restroom when needed. There are two scheduled whole class bathroom
breaks after each recess. Take class into the hallway - no more than 4 students in the bathroom
at a time. Student tries to avoid work by using the bathroom. Watch the girls as they get chatty
in the bathroom. Student has been taking her time in the bathroom; please encourage her to go
quickly.

Line Order
Line order is adjusted with table groups. They should know their line order. Line order starts with
the back table and works around the room counter clockwise ending with the table of 3.

Dismissal
Take bus/shuttle kids down to the gym from all three classrooms. Mrs. Blair and Mrs. Matheson
will have their kids lined up and ready as you leave. *** Student: Pick Up Monday/Friday Shuttle
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday *** Shuttle: Student Names Bus 122: Student Names. Help
with bus #122. Follow the seating chart to make sure students are in their bus order - this will be
in the gym.

Other
● Class list for fire/tornado is found on the wall next to the door in a blue folder. In case of
emergency, please take the class list, room 101 slip, and yellow bag with you to the
safety area.
● Dismissal information for students and Specials weekly schedule are found on a
laminated sheet in the blue folder as well.
● Phone numbers for the office or teachers are found in the back of the room by the kidney
table on the wall.
● Snack is found behind the kidney table: Check for peanuts! You will need to fill the
pitcher of water in the bathroom for snack. Napkins and cups are found behind my desk.
If there are no napkins, use tissues.
● Masks are to be worn aside from recess, lunch, and snack time.
