For starbucks to reach implement and reach their goals they are needing to for a red
team. To do that they have to get the right people to help make the goals they are trying to
reach, reachable. At first, they need to establish who is up for the challenge and able to help
make the right decisions when faced with adversity. Another thing that Starbucks is using of red
teaming is discussing what works and what doesn’t. This will also help bring in ideas on what
might work. To be successful red teaming it will all depend on if the team can see an issue from

individuals that are dedicated towards these things. If you have someone that doesn’t really
care about these goals they won’t be meet and the company most likely won’t improve. Before
starting to strive towards change, Starbucks is deliberately getting the right groups of people
together that can really make a change. Also to help improve their company they are coming up
with ways that will also better the world through efficiency and ways to help save the earths
resources such as water. I believe Starbucks is bettering the coffee market and helping the
