     Employers need skills with technology and social media

     What are their challenges?


     Their challenges are finding people who can really get a grasp on how to use social media effectively

     What skillsets are missing in the marketplace?


     Not everyone knows how to run social media and the older the person the odds are they aren’t familiar with how
    to use social media and the new technology that is coming out.

     How can you be the solution to the employment vacancies in this area?
     I can be a solution because I have grown up around technology and in the social media era, so I have a good
    grasp on how technology can be used to push a business

     Employees that are needed are one that have an idea about social media and are willing
    to work with technology

     What skills are absent?


     The biggest skill that is absent is how to run all the different types of social media and the best
    way to push the business,

     How could you be the person to potentially solve the needs of the employers in this field
     I could be the solution because of my background in technology and I am young enough to have
    knowledge on how the different social media platforms work.
