General Note:

1. All drawings and record sheets should be stamped from the contractor and consultant.
2. All drawings and record sheets should be readable, colored and the light colors like yellow to be
avoided.
3. Please bring back marked up drawings and record sheets at the time of resubmission. Please
make sure all snags are attended and corrections are done accurately.
4. Drawings should be provided in a separate folder with Drawing No as its Filename.
5. Records should be provided in a separate folder with Manhole No as its Filename in excel
format with 1 record per file.
6. Line Records should be named ‘Downstream MH No’ to ‘Upstream MH No’.
7. PDF format of Drawings and Record Sheets should be provided in a separate folder with
Drawing/Manhole No as its Filename.
8. Details of the contents along with the Project No, Title, CD Number and Contractor should be
written on the CD.
9. As Built drawings: Colored A1 size (unfolded are preferred) one hard copy and one soft copy in
AutoCAD & PDF (soft copy shall meet GIS standard for cad Dwgs.) format shows the sequence
number, invert Level (IL) & Cover Level (CL), flow direction, pipe type & dia., and the length
including:
 Number of Dwgs.
 List of Dwgs.
 Stamp + marked as rev. “Z” + marked or stamped as “As-Built”
 Location Plan (Not To Scale)
 Key Plan (Not To Scale)
 Layout Plan (scale 1:1000)
 Profile (scale Vertical. 1:1000, horizontal. 1:1000) / Chainage / Slope / Level / Pipe Dia. /
Material / Bedding surrounding Details.
 Construction Dwgs. (architectural / structural / mechanical etc.) to be submitted along
other Dwgs. As well to be and used during reviewing.
 Standard / Typical Dwgs. (architectural / structural / mechanical etc.) can be used as
cross references to check the construction Dwgs. And find out missing points.
10. The documents collected from GIS section should be resubmitted in GIS Section.
