Test: Gender - Career

My test result bias: I have a moderate preference for men with career and female with family.

Issue: Unequal access to basic social services among Filipinos

Three ideas related to my Bias:

1. The economic and social contributions made by women in the family, workplace, and in
society are tend to be devalued as men are most likely to earn recognitions by the society.

2. On the basis of gender differences, a superordinate-subordinate hierarchy is established,

where men have access to everything while women receive little to no access to these services.

3. I think gender budgeting and auditing should be expanded and monitored more closely to
ensure implementation towards gender fairness.
