Biden's threat, with World War III, rings completely false. That risk must have
been taken by stopping Putin in the Ukraine. The massacres and the use of
unconventional weapons; the opposition to the aerial exclusion; the
opposition to the delivery of military aircraft by Poland; late sanctions, slow
application and somehow evasive; and oil purchases and payments to Russia,
which are sanctions-evading, all of which have fueled Putin's expansionist
ambitions.
