Fill in the gaps with the passive form of the verbs. Use the present simple, past simple,
present perfect or will.
The hurricane season in 2005 was one of the worst on record. Two of the worst
hurricanes were reported (report) in North America: Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
Since 1953, Atlantic hurricanes have been given (give) names from lists written by
the National Hurricane Center. Only women's names were used (use) at first, but in 1979
men's names were added (add). Now there are six lists of names and hurricanes are named
