DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

WITH ASSUMPTION OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale, made and entered into by and between

ALEXANDER HAMILTON SAET ATIENZA, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Block 7,
Lot 10, Lakesidville Subd., Barangay Sinalhan, City of Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines (hereinafter referred
to as the "VENDOR");
- and -
ROSALIE L. MENDOZA, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of 13A, Lot 5, Villa Caceres,
Barangay Dila, City of Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines (hereinafter referred to as the "VENDEE");
WITNESSETH: That
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the true and registered owner of a certain motor vehicle which is
more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR desires to sell the said motor vehicle and the VENDEE is ready, willing
and able to buy the same.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(Php.100,000.00), the VENDOR does hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the VENDEE, his/her
heirs, successors and assigns, the above-described motor vehicle and the Vendee shall assume liability
and pay its month amortization in the amount of Php.24,808.00 and payment shall be paid directly to
China Bank Savings or before 23rd day of the month for the remaining twenty four (24) months more or
less;
