er needs. Documented requirements, defined scope, objectives, and formulated new

Is" process flows of the existing systems were created to be used as the baselin
e for the replacement systems. Conducted requirement gathering using the baseli
ne process flows, and created the "To Be" process flows for the replacement syst
ems. The "TO BE" process flows were used to create screen layouts, functional
logic for the screens, data requirements, and system interface requirements. The
Functional Requirements, Concept of Operations, Operating Requirements, Technic
al Requirements and Test Plans were created to document the new systems.

group responded to telephone calls and personnel requests for technical and func
