INDIVIDUAL REFLECTION PROGRESS

I feel so much better as the day passes by doing my fitness routines. I cannot deny the fact
that the first time I tried it was too hard for me, and I think I cannot, but I did it step by step to
get better before I did. It is not easy to have an endomorphic body type, insecurity is always in
my mind, particularly in my body, but I am more motivated to continue my physical activity
plan despite having this. Doing a workout is not only about losing weight, but also about
maintaining a proper body and being physically fit. This also helps me to ease the schoolwork
stress.
