OPINION:

Sometimes it is so difficult to understand what

really happens around us that a film is
enough to warn us about it. The creator
masterfully treated a delicate and very
captivating theme, which unfortunately still
persists among us, and shows us captivating
characters and the best: real characters!

A youthful story full of clashes of reality. This film

is about Starr a girl who learned from her
parents, still very young, how a black person
should behave in front of a police officer.
When she and her friend, Khalil, are stopped
by a vehicle, all Starr expects is that Khalil
also knows these rules. One wrong move,
one guess, and shots fire. Suddenly the girl's
childhood friend is on the floor, covered in
blood. Dead. She is forced to testify in court
for being the only person present at the crime
scene. Despite suffering a series of
blackmails, she is willing to tell the truth for
her friend's honor, whatever the cost.
