Who are your target customers? - The target customers are people of all
ages and walks of life with a different
range of pharmaceutical needs
regardless of their income.

What need is being addressed? - It will provide the community with


access to the medications they need,
as well as providing them the health
education to promote the safe and
effective use of the medicines.

Who are your competitors? - My competitors are those national


franchise pharmacies which are
focused on profit maximization, large-
scale production, and expansion.

What is the market size? - The market size is not less than 500
customers per month.

What are the market trends? - In addition to scaling and refining its
pharmacy footprint, the business will
couple its pharmaceutical products
with grocery hubs.
