Presiding Judge
RTC Br. 110, Tarlac City, Tarlac

Dear Honorable Judge,

I would like to express my sincere and deep desire to apply for the position of
Court Decongestion Officer under the Regional Trial Court Branch 110, Tarlac.
I am Ingrid Frances C. Layug, a product of the University of the Philippines
with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and completed my Bachelor
of Laws having Juris Doctor Degree in Tarlac State University School of Law.

This opportunity is very interesting, and I firmly believe that my knowledge,

experience and foundation in Civil, Criminal Laws and pertinent laws, rules
and regulations as well as Remedial Law will make me a very competitive
candidate for this position. I have also attended seminars related to the said
position. I have been requested as a resource speaker in seminars during local
and national elections. In the same vein, as a Paralegal in a law firm and as a
legal officer, I have been working on documents, contracts, and almost all
forms of pleadings, as well as maintaining minutes and records of events
concerning the said business in a day to day basis, which I really find fulfilling
in preparation for my career and at the same time enjoying and exciting.

It has come to my realization that I would prove more helpful in my career if

I’ll try to explore other challenging work opportunities, where I could better be
able to utilize my skills and abilities and at the same time, welcome a novel
experience. I am energetic and hardworking with the ability to adapt in the
environment easily. I value integrity and have excellent communication and
demonstration skills, aiming to develop and enhance such skills.
