Manila, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and
stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds:

1. To make representations, transactions, do business, sign papers or documents

which is located at Blk 24 Lot 9, Phase 1, Solar Homes, Dasmariñas, Cavite;
