2022 COURSE ADDITION AND CANCELLATION

GUIDE
(to be used only from 21 Feb-04 March 2022)

1) Download the course additions and cancellations form from www.ufh.ac.za


2) Save the file and fill in courses that you are adding or cancelling.
3) If staying in Res, ensure that you do not over-add courses as this form will be
assessed by Residence officers. You need to have the required minimum number of
courses to stay in Residence, and failure to comply may lead to repercussions.
4) Email to your faculty or print and submit to faculty personally (see below) NOT to
Admissions by the 4th of March 2022
5) Ensure that in the email subject line you write COURSE ADDITION &
CANCELLATION FORM: STUDENT NUMBER e.g. COURSE ADDITION &
CANCELLATION FORM: 201788991
