GENERAL MEETING OF GRADE 12 PARENTS FOR SENIORS BALL

February 14, 2020
Meeting was called to order at 1:00 P.M. at the Senior High School Building (Campus B)
Quorum was established.

Attendees Present:
Senior High School Faculty and Staff
Grade 12 Parents

Presider: Jonilo G. Jainar

Report: Sir Jainar presented the agenda of the meeting.

Business:

 Motion: Presider proposed to change the schedule for the Seniors’ Ball on
March 5, 2020.
 Vote: Motion Approved
 Resolved: Attendees agreed on the proposed date.

 Motion: Chona V. Bontigao, Grade 12 ABM adviser, suggested to use the term
Graduation Ball instead of Seniors’ Ball since it will be conducted in the month of
March.
 Vote: Motion Approved
 Resolved: Seniors’ Ball will be replaced with “Graduation Ball”.

 Motion: Presider presented the theme for the ball – Hollywood.

 Vote: Motion Approved
 Resolved: That the theme for the coming ball will be “Hollywood”.

 Motion: Janet G. Acabo, Senior High School Focal Person, presented the attire
to be worn in the activity. It will be tuxedo for men and long gown for women with
no specific color.
 Vote: Motion Approved
 Resolved: Grade 12 students will be wearing tuxedo (men) and long gown
(women).
 Motion: Ritchelle Fabillar, a parent, raised a question regarding on the food to be
prepared.
Another parent,Mr. Leudemar Suico, suggested that each parent should
donate an amount for the food.
 Vote: Approved Unanimously
 Resolved: That the parents will donate an amount that could cater the food of
their children.

 Motion: Sir Jayme, Grade 12 EIM adviser, added that each student will be given
a parent’s consent with exit slip. If the student handed his/her exit slip it means
that he/she will immediately go home.
  Vote: Approved Unanimously
 Resolved: Students should hand their exit slip to their respective advisers.

 Motion: Presider presented that the start time for the Graduation ball will be 4:00
PM and ends at 10:00 PM. Parents as well are given opportunity to witness the
said activity.
 Vote: Motion Approved
 Resolved: The students should be ready before 4:00 PM and parents are invited
to witness the program.

Meeting adjourned at 3:00 P.M.
