ACTIVITY 3: LET’S DO THIS

Answer the following questions after performing the activities
1. How did you feel while performing the activities?
- I feel quite exhausted and happy at the same time since I’m doing
exercises again.

2. How was your breathing?

- My breathing was quite fast since I was performing vigorous
activities.

3. How much did you sweat?

- I sweat a lot since I am the type of person who sweats too much
when doing an activity.

4. Do you feel pain in your muscle while doing the exercises? Why do
you think so?
- Yes, since I haven't been exercising, I can feel the pain in my
muscles. This discomfort is caused by lactic acid accumulation in our
muscles, which happens when our muscles do not get enough
oxygen. Another reason is because of my stamina which is very low
due to lack of exercise.

Reflection:
1. On a scale of 1 to 10, how fit do you see yourself? Why?
- I would rate myself a six since I’m not that consistent when
exercising because of academics. I can’t say that I’m fit because
sometimes I eat junk foods and soft drinks, but I also control
overdoing this bad habit.

2. When is the most probable time for you to engage in your own
personal workout?
- The most probable time for me to engage in my workout is
sometimes early in the morning, like 5:00 AM to 6:00 AM or in the
afternoon like 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. It just depends on my mood,
either in the morning, the afternoon, or the evening.

3. Is there any reason why you do not engage in physical activity?

- There’s no such reason why I do not engage in physical activity. I
don’t have the time to make space for doing it. Time is one of my
biggest problems as a student who focuses on having good
academics.
