Follow up Questions:
1. How do you compare yourself now from before? How do you fair to your improvements?
Before(me): When anyone told me that my belongings or all of my possessions were being
touched by someone else in the past, I would quickly become enraged.
Present(me): Now, before I respond, I double-check that what is being mentioned is
accurate. I, too, do not become enraged, however instead ask the individual involved if this is
real, and then respectfully discuss why he or she did what they did. If it's real, I'll get my way
without resorting to abuse.
2. Do you think you can achieve more “now”, than that you were small? Cite some examples.
Yes of course, Most certainly, there is a significant size gap. So, while you can do a lot of
things when you're small, the majority of human activities require you to be big. Driving a
motorcycle, riding a rollercoaster, and riding a bike are only a few examples. These are only a
few examples of how growing up allows you to do more
3. There are many instances where in you can choose who you can be as of now. Why this
current “self”? Explain.
I may choose who I am in certain situations, however I am who I am now because I want to
be a better version of myself. With every challenge I faced, every choice and decision I made,
I chose to be a better version of myself, and I will continue to do so. I am who I am now
because I believe I can never achieve my full potential. I'll never be my best self because I
know and believe that I can still do more than what I've just done.

1. Even this time of the pandemic, I can use the 'Me Tree''. Most of us are studying online class.
Our parents tend to work from home, these types of people are having a hard time if their
computers/laptops are faulty, not good enough or not functioning well. With the help of my ability
to fix specific laptops, my former classmate asked me if I can fix his friend's laptop, I said yes
because I am confident that I can do the task, I fixed it in just two days, now his friend is using it
for an online class and doing homework during this time of the pandemic.
2. Before, I always tend to leave our home, play with my friends somewhere, and make our
school projects together. However now, we are attending classes online, pandemic brought a
big impact in our peaceful life.
3. Before the pandemic, my mother is still at home, however, she had her vacation, and the
pandemic strikes and they can’t go back home, they were locked down in my aunt’s residence. I
really missed them a lot, because of the pandemic I cannot be with my family for a very long
time.

Activity 1.5: My Reflection through my Experiences

1. I am actually this type of person that compares myself to gain some insights from other
people. I compare myself in order for me to know what are the things that I lack, with the help of
this I can easily overcome my problems and challenges in life.
2. All that we have gone through and our efforts will bear fruit in the future, studying hard when
we are still young will help us in our future, the completion of studying in school will gave us
knowledge that we will use when we do our jobs in the future. You can’t fix something that you
do not know, you need knowledge to start with, “Kung ano ang puno ay siyang bunga.”
3. It can be true that Corruption is also shaped by our tolerance or our approach to answering
societal problems. Just like what is happening today, most people criticized the government
because they can’t handle the Covid-19 in our country, most people said that the government is
corrupt, because, they said instead of helping other people during this surge of the pandemic,
the government still tend to buy new fresh dolomite white sand for the manila bay. It is true that
people always judge us easily, however, most people see it as an approach to corruption.

What I Can Do
Activity 1.6: Do You Truly Know Yourself?
1. I am a kind person and productive, I am a self-starter with a strong desire to succeed. I thrive
on a challenge and set goals for myself on a regular basis so that I have something to work
toward. I'm not content with mediocrity, and I'm still looking for ways to improve and achieve
excellence.
2. There is little about me that distinguishes me from the others. There is nothing about me that
distinguishes me. I'm just doing things I enjoy that make me happy, as well as things that will
benefit me in the future.

3. Challenges pursue me to do more. I remembered something when I was a kid I tend to cheat,
my aunt told me if I solved the Rubik's cube that she bought, she will give me 5 pesos, I gladly
said yes because I want to get the 5 pesos, I immediately run and bring the Rubik's cube
without hesitation and guess what I broke them into pieces and bring them back together
solved, I go back to my aunt, and she saw that I solved it. She gave me the 5 pesos exchange
deal. After she gave me the 5 pesos exchange deal, I realized, and I was thinking that I should
solve it without cheating, after a few years as I grow up I am really happy that I can now solve a
standard 3x3 Rubik's cube. I transformed because of my realization.
4. My mind, heart, soul, feelings, and other binding ligaments bind me to my body. To work
properly, these body parts must be attached to one another. Any internal feeling I have is
translated and reflected in my behavior.
