Abstract: Plants are amazing! They make life better, but buying them is a pain. Imagine stuffing
a 6' plant in the trunk of your car. Bloomflow mission is to make buying plants a whole lot more
enjoyable.

Proposal Details
1. Aim and objective:
Our aim to contribute to the spread of eco-friendly environments. Our site makes
selecting the right plants easy and we’ve developed a proprietary way of shipping fully-
grown, already potted plants through Fedex right to your door, for the same prices you
pay at an urban garden center.

2. Motivation and genesis

Our site makes selecting the right plants easy and we’ve developed a proprietary way of
shipping fully-grown, already potted plants through Fedex right to your door, for the
same prices you pay at an urban garden center. We also provide plants, pots or combos
as gifting.

3. Current status and open questions

We have started with requirement analysis and plan to complete design as soon as
possible.

4. Plan of work including proposed methodology:

We plan to use web application using python with Django development for our
proposed application.
Work is divided among following modules:
 Requirement Analysis
 Design
 Coding and application development
 Testing
 Hosting and application publish
 Extends features & information segments
 Improvement based on User feedback

5. Justification and novelty – 'what is new'

The idea and concept are first of its kind. Following are the key points of the application.
 Makes selecting the right plants easy according to scientific differences or sizes
differences, etc.
 Unique, Decorated & Quality plants & pots at local prices
 Plants & Pots or both combos as gifting as well as e-gift cards for gifting
 Provide Fully-grown, already potted plants at your door

 Patent on parts of its plant packaging technology, where plants and pots are held
securely at the right temperature
 Mastery in better protects the roots and soil at shipping time.
