To Whom This May Concern: Pelco closely evaluates components and processes during the design and production
phases of all our products to assure high quality and reliable products. Our Enhanced Series of IP Camera products are
designed with a target MTBF of greater than 250,000 POH as estimated by Relex/Telcordia methods. These include
Sarix Enhanced, Spectra Enhanced, Esprit Enhanced, ExSite Enhanced and Optera lines. Our Professional Series of
products including Sarix Professional, Spectra Professional, GFC Professional and Evolution lines are designed with a
target MTBF in excess of 200,000 POH as estimated by Relex/Telcordia Methods.
