For the Recovery of P150,000 claim

I will advise him/her to adhere under the Revised Rules of Procedure for Small
Claims which will offer him/her an inexpensive way for filing a case because the
presence of the Attorney may not be needed.

The prayer for recovery of the amount will fall under Sec. 2 of the Rules for Small
Claims, stating that when the plaintiff only prays for the relief or claim of sum of money
that does not exceed P300,000, The Rules for Small Claims shall govern. In this case the
claimant only seeks for the recovery of P150,000 and nothing else.

For compliance, the plaintiff must accomplish the claims action by filing with the
court, specifically with Municipal Trial Courts, and Municipal Circuit Trial Courts, a
verified Statement of Claim as well as affidavits of witnesses and other evidences to
support the claim, stated in that claim is the engagement of lending the money to the
other party. Upon the receipt of a statement of claim, a response from the defendant will
also be needed for the commencement of hearing. The court issues a notice for the parties
involved, directing them when is the specific date and time of hearing. After the hearing,
the court shall render its decision based on the facts established by the evidence.
