INSTRUCTIONS:

A. Interior renovation works for Chief of Staff Office (not included from the original contract):

1.0 Replacement of old ceiling to new 600mm x 600mm acoustic ceiling board with T-runner framings and new
gypsum boards fixed cove ceiling (drop ceiling) with cove ligthing strips.
2.0 Replacement of old lighting fixtures to a new LED troffer lights and reccess type LED pin lights including
roughing-ins,wiring-ins, switches and accessories.
3.0 Replacement of old ACU ceiling mounted to new "Carrier" 4HP Ceiling Cassette Inverter type. ACU drain tap to
existing drains.
4.0 Replacement of old wall paper to a new corcorate wall-decorative stone marble finish at side of the Chief of Staff
with Stainless Steel AFPSLAI logo.
5.0 Supply and installation of new drywall cladding on metal studs with laminated finish at side of corporate logo.

6.0 Replacement of old/dilapidated wall papers to a new design wall papers at adjacent walls.

7.0 Rectification and adjustment of fire sprinkler system and FDAS.

8.0 Rectification and adjustment of electrical wirings and auxillary cables.

9.0 Replacement of old floor carpet to a new floor carpet approved by the designer.

10.0 Re-varnish and re-painting of existing doors, 1-panel door and 1-flash door.

11.0 Modification of existing joineries affected by the new cove ceilings. Provide locksets and stainless handles
approved by the designer
12.0 Restoration works of affected structures.
