NOTES OF CASUAL INSPECTION BY SRI T.K SETHI, J.M.F.

1. GR.- 1070/2015

The case record is inspected by me during the course of casual inspection today. On perusal
of the case record, it is found that F.I.R. was filed by Dayanidhi Sahoo in the Jujumera P.S. on 27.04.2015. The
same being registered under case registration no. G.R./9810/2016. Charge sheet no 74 dated 25.05.2015 has
been received in this case. The accused is on court bail. The particulars of the offence u/s 47(a) B&O Excise Act
of the IPC is read over and explained to the R/L for the accused to which he pleads not guilty and claims for
trial. There are 7 nos. of witnesses in this case, out of which 1 has been examined on oath till date. The case
record is transferred to the Court of JMFC, Sambalpur from the court of SDJM, Sambalpur as per the orders of
the Hon’ble CJM, Sambalpur. The case record is now posted for Hearing. The BC is directed to issue summons
to rest of the CS witnesses and put up the case record on the date fixed.

2. GR.- 572/2016

The case record is inspected by me during the course of casual inspection today. On perusal
of the case record, it is found that F.I.R. was filed by Bipin Bihari Dash in the Dhanupali P.S. on 15.03.2014. The
same being registered under case registration no. G.R./716/2016. Charge sheet no 73 dated 26.04.2014 has
been received in this case. The accused is on court bail. The particulars of the offence u/s 47(a) B&O of the IPC
is read over and explained to the R/L for the accused to which he pleads not guilty and claims for trial. There
are 6 nos. of witnesses in this case, out of which none has been examined on oath till date. The case record is
transferred to the Court of JMFC, Sambalpur from the court of SDJM, Sambalpur as per the orders of the
Hon’ble CJM, Sambalpur. The case record is now posted for Hearing. The BC is directed to issue summons to
rest of the CS witnesses and put up the case record on the date fixed.

3. GR.- 156/2015

The case record is inspected by me during the course of casual inspection today. On perusal
of the case record, it is found that F.I.R. was filed by Amin Ansari in the Ainthapali P.S. on 18.01.2015. The
same being registered under case registration no. G.R./3515/2016. Charge sheet no 70 dated 14.03.2015 has
been received in this case. The accused is on court bail. The particulars of the offence u/s392/34 of the IPC is
read over and explained to the R/L for the accused to which he pleads not guilty and claims for trial. There are
6 nos. of witnesses in this case, out of which 4 has been examined on oath till date. The case record is
transferred to the Court of JMFC, Sambalpur from the court of SDJM, Sambalpur as per the orders of the
Hon’ble CJM, Sambalpur. The case record is now posted for Hearing. In this case the IO of the case has died
and has not been examined on oath. In this case the informant is only pending as chargesheeted witness to
give his testimony. The BC is directed to issue summons to the informant and put up the case record on the
date fixed.

4. GR.- 156-A/2015

The case record is inspected by me during the course of casual inspection today. On perusal
of the case record, it is found that F.I.R. was filed by Amin Ansari in the Ainthapali P.S. on 18.01.2015. The
same being registered under case registration no. G.R./3079/2017. Charge sheet no 70 dated 14.03.2015 has
been received in this case. The accused is on court bail. The particulars of the offence u/s 392/34 of the IPC is
read over and explained to the R/L for the accused to which he pleads not guilty and claims for trial. There are
6 nos. of witnesses in this case, out of which none has been examined on oath till date. The case record is
transferred to the Court of JMFC, Sambalpur from the court of SDJM, Sambalpur as per the orders of the
Hon’ble CJM, Sambalpur. The case record is a Split up file of case record GR-156/2015. This record was split
up against the accused Sunil Pradhan @ Milan. The BC is directed to issue summons to rest of the CS witnesses
and put up the case record on the date fixed.

5. GR.- 2089/2012

The case record is inspected by me during the course of casual inspection today. On perusal
of the case record, it is found that F.I.R. was filed in the Rengali P.S. on 03.03.2012. The accused is on court
bail. The particulars of the offence u/s147/148/427/323/325/506/149 of the IPC is read over and explained to
the R/L for the accused to which he pleads not guilty and claims for trial. There are 16 nos. of witnesses in this
case, out of which 1 has been examined on oath till date. The case record is transferred to the Court of JMFC,
Sambalpur from the court of SDJM, Sambalpur as per the orders of the Hon’ble CJM, Sambalpur. The case
record is now posted for Hearing. In this case the informant, doctor & IO are pending as chargesheeted witness
to give their testimony. The BC is directed to issue summons to rest of the CS witnesses and put up the case
record on the date fixed.

6. CT -962/09

The case record is inspected by me during the course of casual inspection today. On perusal
of the case record, it is found that F.I.R. was filed in the Khetrajpur P.S. on 08.03.2009. The particulars of the
offence u/s 274/337/338 of the IPC is read over and explained to the R/L for the accused to which he pleads
not guilty and claims for trial. There are 7 nos. of witnesses in this case, out of which 2 has been examined on
oath till date. The case record is transferred to the Court of JMFC, Sambalpur from the court of SDJM,
Sambalpur as per the orders of the Hon’ble CJM, Sambalpur. The case record is now posted for Hearing. The
BC is directed to issue summons to rest of the CS witnesses and put up the case record on the date fixed.
