NOTES OF CASUAL INSPECTION BY SRI T.K SETHI, J.M.F.

1. CT.- 990/2006

The case record is inspected by me during the course of casual inspection today. On perusal
of the case record, it is found that F.I.R. was filed in the Ainthapali P.S. on 04.02.2006. The particulars of the
offence u/s457/380 of the IPC is read over and explained to the R/L for the accused to which he pleads not
guilty and claims for trial. There are 10 nos. of witnesses in this case, out of which 8 has been examined on
oath till date. The case record is transferred to the Court of JMFC, Sambalpur from the court of SDJM,
Sambalpur as per the orders of the Hon’ble CJM, Sambalpur. The case record is now posted for Production.
The BC is directed to issue reminders to the concerned IIC for execution of the pending NBW and put up the
case record on the date fixed.

2. GR.- 1820/11

The case record is inspected by me during the course of casual inspection today. On perusal
of the case record, it is found that F.I.R. was filed. on 20.02.2011. The accused is on court bail. The particulars
of the offence u/s379/34 of the IPC is read over and explained to the R/L for the accused to which he pleads
not guilty and claims for trial. There are 12 nos. of witnesses in this case, out of which none has been examined
on oath till date. The case record is transferred to the Court of JMFC, Sambalpur from the court of SDJM,
Sambalpur as per the orders of the Hon’ble CJM, Sambalpur. The case record is now posted for Hearing. The
BC is directed to issue summons to rest of the CS witnesses and put up the case record on the date fixed.

3. CT – 1174/09

The case record is inspected by me during the course of casual inspection today. On perusal
of the case record, it is found that F.I.R. was filed in the Ainthapali P.S. on 14.01.2009. The accused is on court
bail. The particulars of the offence u/s341/323/294/506/34 of the IPC is read over and explained to the R/L
for the accused to which he pleads not guilty and claims for trial. There are 10 nos. of witnesses in this case,
out of which 6 has been examined on oath till date. The case record is transferred to the Court of JMFC,
Sambalpur from the court of SDJM, Sambalpur as per the orders of the Hon’ble CJM, Sambalpur. The case
record is now posted for Hearing. In this case IO & Doctor is as chargesheeted witness to give their testimony.
Informant is untracable. One PW has already been dead. The BC is directed to issue summons to rest of the
CS witnesses and put up the case record on the date fixed.
4. CT – 711/ 03

The case record is inspected by me during the course of casual inspection today. On perusal
of the case record, it is found that F.I.R. was filed in the Ainthapali P.S. on 06.03.2003. The accused is on court
bail. The particulars of the offence u/s379/120(B) of the IPC is read over and explained to the R/L for the
accused to which he pleads not guilty and claims for trial. There are 7 nos. of witnesses in this case, out of
which 1 has been examined on oath till date. The case record is transferred to the Court of JMFC, Sambalpur
from the court of SDJM, Sambalpur as per the orders of the Hon’ble CJM, Sambalpur. The case record is now
posted for Hearing. The BC is directed to issue summons to rest of the CS witnesses and put up the case record
on the date fixed.

5. GR.- 2048/13

The case record is inspected by me during the course of casual inspection today. On perusal
of the case record, it is found that F.I.R. was filed in the Town P.S. on 06.02.2013. The accused is on court bail.
The particulars of the offence u/s379/411/34 of the IPC is read over and explained to the R/L for the accused
to which he pleads not guilty and claims for trial. There are 7 nos. of witnesses in this case, out of which 1 has
been examined on oath till date. The case record is transferred to the Court of JMFC, Sambalpur from the
court of SDJM, Sambalpur as per the orders of the Hon’ble CJM, Sambalpur. The case record is now posted for
Hearing. The BC is directed to issue summons to rest of the CS witnesses and put up the case record on the
date fixed.

6. GR.- 753/2015

The case record is inspected by me during the course of casual inspection today. On perusal
of the case record, it is found that F.I.R. was filed by Smt. Madhumita mishra in the Dhanupali P.S. on
25.03.2015. The same being registered under case registration no. G.R./9927/2016. Charge sheet no 102 dated
30.04.2015 has been received in this case. The accused is on court bail. The particulars of the offence
u/s341/323/294/506 of the IPC is read over and explained to the R/L for the accused to which he pleads not
guilty and claims for trial. There are 7 nos. of witnesses in this case, out of which none has been examined on
oath till date. The case record is transferred to the Court of JMFC, Sambalpur from the court of SDJM,
Sambalpur as per the orders of the Hon’ble CJM, Sambalpur. The case record is now posted for Hearing. The
BC is directed to issue summons to rest of the CS witnesses and put up the case record on the date fixed.
