the likely event that such tickets are over-subscribed, your ticket application will be entered into a random
selection draw. If such tickets are not over-subscribed, the relevant tickets will be allocated to you, sub-

March 2022.

Can I cancel or amend my ticket application?

You can cancel or amend the ticket application you submitted during the Random Selection Draw sales
period by accessing your FIFA ticketing account before the closure of this sales period on 8 February
2022 at 11:00 CET / 13:00 Doha time. Thereafter, you will not be permitted to change or cancel your tick-
et application.

What happens next?

If demand for a given match and/or ticket category exceeds the available ticket inventory for the domestic
or international market, random selection draw(s) will take place at the end of the respective random se-
lection draw sales period to determine which applicants are allocated tickets.

Each ticket application can either be completely successful (with all tickets requested being allocated),
partially successful (with only part of the tickets requested being allocated), or unsuccessful (with no tick-
ets requested being allocated).

If some tickets are successfully allocated but in a different category to the one you originally requested,
this means that, during the application process, you accepted an upgrade or downgrade to your chosen
ticket category to increase your chances of having tickets allocated.

Please note that the completion and submission of your ticket application does not guarantee the avail-
ability of tickets.

When will I find out if I am successful?

You will be notified of the outcome of your ticket application by email following the random selection draw
and by no earlier than the 8 March 2022. Please note that you can check the status and details of your
tickets at any time after the random selection draw has taken place by following the steps below:

1. Visit FIFA.com/tickets;
2. Select FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™;
3. Click on “My ticket application”;
4. Log in to your FIFA ticketing account and check the status and the details of your tickets.

What to do if I am successful?

If your ticket application is successful or partially successful, you will receive an email communication
with further information about payment, including the steps to follow and the deadline to pay for your tick-
ets. Visa payment cards are the exclusive payment method accepted for residents of Qatar. Non-resi-
dents of Qatar will be able to pay by Visa and other accepted payment cards.

If the FIFA Ticketing Centre does not receive payment in full by the deadline provided, we will cancel the
ticket(s) allocated to you and reject your ticket application in its entirety in accordance with the relevant
Ticket Terms of Sale for General Public, which are available in the Legal section of the ticketing page ac-
cessible via FIFA.com/tickets.

Have you applied for accessibility tickets?

In accordance with the relevant Ticket Terms of Sale for General Public, ticket applicants who apply for
accessibility tickets for themselves, and/or any of their guests, are required to provide further information
regarding eligibility (documents which prove your eligibility to purchase the accessibility tickets included in
your ticket application).

Please note that your tickets may be cancelled if you fail to provide valid proof of eligibility to purchase
accessibility tickets on your own behalf or on behalf of your guests, and/or if you or your guests do not
meet our eligibility requirements.

Ticket distribution

The time and method for the delivery of your tickets will be communicated by FIFA Ticketing in due

Hay’ya Card (Fan ID)

At the request of the Qatari authorities, all fans attending FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM matches will
need to obtain a Hay’ya Card (Fan ID).

The Hay’ya Card (Fan ID) is operated by the government of the State of Qatar. FIFA is not responsible for
its application process, issuance and/or use.
