Dear Siddharth,

Please refer to your increment letter Ref. Contata/HR/October/20 dated October 22, 2020.

Please note that Retention Bonus amount as mentioned above in Annexure-I of Rs.73,800/-
(Seventy Three Thousand Eight Hundred Only) per annum, which will be paid to you on monthly
basis alongwith your salary. This amount will be paid as per the terms mentioned below:-

 In case if you leave the organization in the first six months from your ‘increment date’
(September 01, 2020) you shall return back the 100% amount paid under retention
bonus.

 In case if you leave the organization between 6 to 12 months from ‘increment date’
you shall return 50% of the amount paid to you from the 6th month onwards till the
date of your relieving.

 In case if you leave the organization after 12 months from your ‘increment date’, then
you are not bound to pay any amount back to the organization paid under the retention
bonus.
