along with your Management. 2. Premium % can be more than default based on the number of

NOTE: If company turnover reaches 1.5 million USD an additional bonus of 2 Lakhs/
Annum will be part of CTC.
For every USD .25 million USD that company makes post 1.5 million additional bonus of 2
Lakhs / annum will automatically be included in the CTC
