OFFER LETTER
Dear Sethuram,
Congratulations!
Further to successful completion of interview at AGS Health, we are pleased to offer you the position of
Manager – Operations at AGS Health Private Limited.
Your annual cost to company (CTC) would be Rs. 14,50,000. It includes a performance based incentive
up to Rs. 150,000 per annum, to be paid as per the Company’s incentive policy, which will vary from
process to process. Annexure A contains the break-up of your compensation package.
Your base location will be at Chennai. You will be required to work in any of our office locations and such
locations are subject to change at the discretion of the company. Further, you agree and understand that
depending on the business requirements of the company, you may be asked to change your
project/process and you may be asked to work in different shift timings.

satisfactory completion of background verification and other joining formalities.
You would be provided with an appointment letter along with the Terms and Conditions of Employment

I. BASKET OF ALLOWANCES
We have structured your compensation in a manner that empowers employees to choose certain
components from a Basket of Allowances (BOA) to best suit personal needs and help optimize your
earnings. BOA offers you the flexibility to design part of compensation within a defined framework, at
the time of joining the organization. You will also have the option to change BOA from April every year,
for the same employees need to complete and submit the BOA form within such time period as
informed in March.
The components under BOA along with the limits are listed below. You can design your BOA to the
extent of the amount specified and the balance amount will be paid as “Sundry Allowance”. During
induction, you would be required to fill in the “BOA form”.

1. House Rent Allowance (HRA):
HRA is an allowance, forming part of Gross salary, provided by the company to meet expenditure
incurred on payment of rent in respect of residential accommodation occupied by the employee
Limit: HRA can be opted to the maximum of 100% of Basic.
Employee may claim reimbursement of travel expenditure incurred for self and family to any place
within India. This component can be received on monthly basis; however, tax concession will be given
only upon following the prescribed conditions under the applicable tax laws.
3. Food Coupons

2. Group Term Life / Personal Accident Insurance
AGS provides Term Life / Personal Accident Insurance coverages at company’s cost for all employees.
Current eligible Sum insured for your job role towards Personal Accident is at Rs.15 Lakhs and Term
life coverage for Rs. 30 Lakhs.
1. Provident Fund:
As per the provisions of The Employees’ Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, you
will be a member of the Employees’ Provident Fund organization, India. You will be required to
contribute 12% of your basic salary every month towards the said scheme. AGS will make contribution
of the same amount towards the scheme.
2. Gratuity:
Gratuity will be payable as per the provisions of The Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. You will be eligible
for gratuity only on completion of 5 years of continuous service in the company
