Many students have to live with a roommate while going to school or university.

What are some of

the important qualities of a good roommate.

In the beginning, I should mention that living with someone can be as comfortable and satisfiyng as
uncomfortable and irritating. So, to have a roommate can have advantages and disadvantages, but for
me there are more good sides than bad. Below I will try to explain why I think like that. (In the
following paragraph/Below I’ll explain my viewpoint)

Firstly, to live with someone is an interesting expireience. You can train/excercise together or work
on some (mutual - საერთო) projects. Beside that when you live with someone you feel safer. For
example I have experienced living with a roommate, it was/we had a great time. We used to
train/exercise together, we also did our homwork together. At the same time, we were helping each
other in difficulties.

In addition, when you live with a roommate you can save money, which is importat because you
can invest that saved money in you further education. For instance, when I was going to rent a flat it
cost 800 GEL for one person, but when I found a roommate we divided the sum and paid 400 GEL,
which for me was financialy convinient/was a good way to save money/good save of money.

To sum up, living with a roommate can be an interesting expirience, as well as a good way to save
money. I preffer to live with a roommate and I don’t regret living with one/when I was living like
that I did not regreted. So, in the future I’ll to do the same/and in the future I would probably do the
same.

Older people are said to be a much better leaders. Do you agree or diagree and why?

There are those who says that older people are much better leaders. I think that it could be
the case, but it can also turn opposite/in this sentence are reality, but it can be opposite to. I
strongly believe that good leaders can be old as well as young/as older as younger people too.
In the following paragraphs/statement I will try to explain my reasoning/why I think like
that.

In the beginning, Let’s talk about good older leadres. Of course, I believe that older people
are and can be good leaders. We have numerous/huge amount of that facts in our history. For
example, let’s remember Joe biden, who/which is now the president of the U.S.A./America.
He is a quite good leader and most importantly American people chose and like him. He
made many important and good decisions. But to be honest I don’t think that only older
people can be good leaders.

Contrary of above mentioned opinion, in history was/there were many great heroes, who
weren’t even old/old even more, they were youngers. For example, when I was trying to
remember old good leaders, it was difficult for me. But now when I am thinking about
younger leaders they are so many.

In conclusion, I think youngers have more energy for leading than olders. They have been
winning wars, starting revolutions and building imperies in the past. Nowadays, generally all
countries are ruled by younger leaders.
