Many aspects make technology enticing, such as having an endless supply of information and
being “connected” to people. Remember that we can edit, retouch, and manage whatever
information we expose about ourselves on our phones.
We may assume that poor smartphone usage just affects our relationships, but there are many
more consequences. Anxiety, sadness, memory issues, sleep issues, and poor decision-making
skills are among the psychological impacts. Physical implications include bad posture.
Smartphones may be enticing. There are methods to assist people overcome this. It's typical
nowadays to text and talk on your phone throughout school, meals, and even significant
occasions. We hide behind our phones and live a life that isn't open and vulnerable. It shouldn't
be a delusion where the online world is better than the actual world. We need to discover a way
for technology and nature to coexist.
