WRITE UP ON COLLEGE HAS RUN TO PUBLISH IN DSCSC WEBSITE

1. Hash Run-2020, organized by Course No 14 of Defence Services Command

and Staff College was held on 03 October 2020. Commandant, Members of the
Faculty, Permanent Staff, Student Officers and their families participated
enthusiastically in the event under the patronage of Colombo Hash House Harriers.

2. Keeping the traditions alive, the trail was laid around the college for the
Hashers to experience adventurous running over several obstacles entailed with
alleyways, residential areas, paddy fields in pursuit of the hash. Upon termination of
the 7-kilometer-long run the hashers enjoyed the gala arranged at Fountain Square at
Defence Services Command and Staff College. The children referred as ‘Horrors’ in
the event enjoyed the numerous amusements provided for them.

3. While offering all the Student Offices a well-earned break from academics the
hash provided a golden opportunity for all the participants to socialize themselves
after the lockdown period due pandemic situation prevailed in the country.
