Subject: Issuance of proof of Membership for Fiscal Year 2020-2021

Greetings from the United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary!

This Circular Letter Informs everyone that the Commission of National Membership
has already disburse all E- Membership Certificate and E- Cards of all the members
of affiliated chapters for the fiscal year 2020-2021.

Please take note that the Commission will no longer accept any queries and concerns
for the released files as they are now on the process of transition of duties and
responsibilities. The commission has been very lenient with the requirements and
submissions for both affiliation and membership matters.

For members of those Chapters who failed to comply the necessary files for affiliation
may still ask the proof of membership to incoming Executive Directress for National
Membership for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 although there’s no exact guarantee of
release.
