1. Describe a situation where you have difficulties getting others to accept your ideas.
How did you approach this challenge? What was the result?
Answer : When I was work in pillowproject I have a situation like this, I have an idea that
make a project with API based. But my idea is getting rejected from my team because the
frontend engineer not have knowledge about API. I already tell the team about
advantages while we using API, but they say it will take long time because my team needs
to learn API. Then the result is my idea get rejected, from this situation I learn that we
can’t force some people with our ideas even that was easier / more simply than orther
base because our work is team work so we need agreement from all elements in team.
And that will be more quickly for finishing a project
2. Describe a time when you exceeded the expectations of a professor, supervisor, or
team. Did your commitment to quality paid off?
Answer : For some project I already have this situation, like finishing my backend job
before the deadline time. Did my commitment to quality paid off ? of course not, not at
all. My principle is except money and girl anything what I find in this world isn`t enough,
because when I feel enough it will give a suggestion that I don’t need to find/learn/work
anymore. As well as with commitment to quality, before the projects/work is done my
commitment isn’t enough at all.
3. Describe a time when you took a calculated risk to achieve a goal and it was
unsuccessful. What did you learn from that event?
Answer : When I study in university i have to finish my final project, I confidence that I can
finish it with my own method without discuss with friend / mentor. But it was
unsucessfull and it made one feature of my final project gone wrong. From that I learn
when I going to finish something with different method, I need to discuss it with someone
who have experience with it / looking for some references that related with my method
4. Give an example of a situation when you have to acquire a new skill. How did you go
about doing it?

Answer : When I work in pillowproject.id I got to acquire PHP Native Programming skill.
First time what I do is learning from fundamental about PHP like watch from youtube or
search in Google about fundamental knowledge of PHP programming language. Then, do
some practice from many case that related with real project in my company. Finally, after I
have some fundamental and practice knowledge I jump into work on real project. After
finishing a project I learn by mistake based on work experience knowledge so that I can
more improve for PHP Native Programming skill.
5. What kind of environment do you think will enable you to learn and perform the best
in?
A kind of friendly environment, not hard to ask about things that I don’t understand, and
give a positive vibes environment
