1. How will you define ''service'' ?

- I will defined service as to fix, maintain or provide
something to someone. Work done for others is
referred to as service. An example of service is like the
picture given, they doing their own work and that is
example of service.
2. Why do you think people with great
service is unappreciated?
- For me people with great service is unappreciated
because sometimes not everyone uses words to express
what they feel and what they want to tell, sometimes
they don't know how to express it.

3. As a student, is there a way you can do to

give them a reward that shows appreciation?
- As a student the way I can do to give them a reward that
shows appreciation is saying ''thank you'' to them. And to
riders that deliver our online orders, I can show the
appreciation reward by giving them some tip, I know it can
help a lot to them even it is small amount.
