Executive Summary 

         In this Case Study, Ortiv Glass Corporation is a company that


manufactured and distributes plate glass principally for usage in the construction
and automotive industries. Each plate glass has an organic design, that makes
them unique. As the organization grew, another branch was established. As a
result of this, they employ a plant manager and managers for each of the five
functional areas. They were selected based on their technical expertise and
managerial experience. The organization appears to be a promising one for its
employees' professional development and advancement. However,
complications emerge after a few months post-operation. Since most of them
are new and have only been working together for only 5 months their strategy is
not effective which leads them to have a problem in communicating with each
other.  
   Ortiv Glass Corporation's team goal is to solve the problems that they
experiencing within the team. They need to address each of the problems and
have a better solution to them. 

Potential Problem
 What if the team came up with a solution to solve the problem but still it is
not effective?
 What if the members just do all of that because they don't like what the
manager decision for them?
 What if the plant manager knows all the issue but still refuse to think of a
solution?
 What if everyone in the team blames each other for the problem that they
can't solve.
