To download and build the new HP System Board Configuration
Tool, please follow the stepsbelow:

• One USB Key (16GB-32GB) 1. BIOS_2020.zip
2. HP_TOOLS_2020.zip
3. Ionic.Zip.dll
4. MakeBootableDMI_MP.exe
5. win98boot.zip
6. WINPE_ARM_2020.zip
7. WINPE_X64_2020.zip

3 Building the HP SystemBoard Replacement & System DiagnosticTool

1. Download files 1-7 above and place them in the same Folder on your computer.
2. Place an 16GB or greater USB key into any available USB port.
3. Right click over the “MakebootableDMI_MP.exe” and select “Run as
Administrator”
4. With the command shell window selected, pressEnter
5. The inserted USB key will be seen with a number assigned to it.
6. Select the number corresponding to the USB you would like to format.
7. Press Y key twice to format theUSB.
8. Type 1 to select the USB image tobuild.
9. Image will nowbuild.

Please Note: It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to

build the USB key (depending on the type of USB port).
