FOREWORD

The following rules and regulations apply to each and every participant, during the course of the
ongoing event, Stephanie championship (1V1 & 2V2 TOWN HALL-9). Any individual, that agrees to
enrol him for the event, eventually agrees to abide by the points as laid down in this document, and
will be considered effective immediately, as soon as any person enrols as a participant, and effective
till the end of their engagement in this event, as per the natural flow games played in the event. This
event is presented to you by mr&mrs mujtaba, co presented by Bharat and managed by Team
Stephanie, and as such they reserve the right to amend, remove or add any points to this rulebook
without any prior notice. Such changes, if made, shall be effective along with the existing rules as laid
hereby, with immediate effect. any changes made other than by the organisers to this document, will
be regarded as direct infringement of these rules, and parties concerned shall be regarded as
offenders and lead to direct disengagement from the event, or any other action the organisers seem
fit.

FAIR PLAY POLICY

the following instances can be considered as infringement of fair play policy and will result in
immediate disciplinary action

➢ use of any other app other than official clash of clans app
➢ use of software that allows changes in game files and modify the aspects of the game,
thereby providing unprecedented advantage to player.
➢ using burner accounts and/or clan hunting accounts
➢ attempts to hire ringers, acting as one, or any other attempts towards spying and/or
impersonating any other registered player.
➢ sharing of sensitive information regarding war bases or troops, or any other information that
provides advantage to others.
➢ match fixing, as such any other attempt to control the outcome of the match.
➢ dual membership and ownership of multiple accounts registered for Stephanie
championship (Town hall-9 1v1).
➢ Impersonation of any other player.
➢ allowing unregistered account to participate
➢ any form of verbal or written threats, racist comments or anything that defies gentleman
conduct.

IMPORTANT RULE
➢ Minimum age limit for participation is 13 years.
➢ A single person can register in all categories (Th8 to Th14-1v1 or 2v2).
➢ A single person can register with one Clash of Clans account in 1v1 as well as 2v2.
➢ A single person cannot register more than one account in same category.
➢ During the course of the tournament, players cannot change the account.
➢ from round of 8 participants must join us on video call during the match
➢ Team Stephanie has right to use the video footage to use on official mr&mrs Mujtaba
YouTube channel (All top 8 players have to submit their clear Photograph to the team
Stephanie)
➢ from round of 8 all matches will be based on best of 3(Three)
➢ Out of Three matches 1 air troops attack and 1 ground troops attack must be done.
 RESTRICTIONS

➢ NO Clan Castle during attack.

➢ 3 Golem+Pekka capacity.
3 Lava capacity.
4 Healers capacity.
➢ Lightning Spell (Zap) cannot be used during matches.
➢ Witch not allowed (ALLOWED in defence).
➢ TH9 level cc in defence.

MATCHMAKING DETAILS

➢ Discord will the mode of communication between participants. each participant must join
‘Mr&Mrs Mujtaba’ discord server.
➢ In bracket above participant will be named as player A and the lower participant will be named
as player B
➢ Participants have to complete war in given time range as per schedule.
➢ If Participants are unable to fix their match timing, the management team will fix a time and
both Participant will have to compromise to the final decision taken by the management.
➢ if challenge is not sent or accepted /opponent is not responsive/incorrect player tag,
management team should be brought to notice or both Participants will be disqualified.
➢ players should assume that after each match their bases are “burnt” and might be accessible
to other players via stream or any other media.
 RESULTS AND PENALTIES
Following aspects will be considered towards the result of a tied war, and in exact same order as
mentioned here:

➢ Total Stars Collected

➢ Average Destruction Per Attack
➢ Average Time Per Attack
➢ Average Stars Scored Per Attack

- If the tie still remains, a rematch will be conducted to decide the winner, considering all the above-
mentioned points.
- Penalties are awarded after calculation of final results and not before

CODE OF CONDUCT
A. Stephanie championship aims to unite globally spread clash of clans players via this tournament
and promote the competitive approach of this game while maintaining a positive and fair play
environment for all gamers. we expect all the participants to maintain a friendly environment and
exhibit uttermost level of sportsmanship.

B. cases of misconduct and unsportsmanlike behaviour will be dealt with harsh consequences in the
way organisers seem fit. including removal of team from the tournament.
C. repeated encounters of misconduct will result in permanent ban from the ongoing event, as well
as from future events by the organisers concerned.
