Kijiji/ Gumtree is looking for a dynamic and community-focused Customer Service


Representative to join its already existent professional Team. The successful candidate must be
flexible to work daytime, afternoon or night shifts, including weekends, 40 hours / week on a
month-to-month based schedule.

Customer Service Agent provide ongoing and continuous support to the Automotive, Real Estate
and Jobs teams through phone, emails and Live Chat platforms. This allows for a unique
opportunity to gain exposure and experience across business units. This is a fast paced and
exciting and you will be part of a dynamic group of individuals with a great team spirit.

This position is remote, working from home. Therefore, working at Gumtree requires trust, self-
determination, and ability to work independently with strict Metrics and Key Performance
Indicators that must be achieved.

A day in the life of a Customer Service Agent:

• Respond to High Volume Community Support phone, e-mails or Live Chat


(depending of the assignment).
• Review associated or reported ads referenced in cases.

• Knowledge of Kijiji or Gumtree, including policies, best practices, and experience
with buying or selling will be a great asset.
• Familiarity with Web-based technology, Internet, Skype.
• Work experience in customer service is a must.
