Issue identified

According to EC2, the design value for compressive stress in a compression-tension node may be
determined from eq (6.61):

Rd,max = k2’fcd

k2 is NA determined with recommended value is 0,85

’ is based on 6.5.2 (2) and also NA determined with recommended value is ’ = 1-fck/250.

Therefore, for those NA that adopt recommended values, we have

Rd,max = 0,85(1-fck/250)fcd

However, in the textbook “Reinforced concrete design to Eurocodes – Design theory and examples”
4th edition by Prab Bhatt et al. (CRC press, 2014) , at page 769 the authors use different coefficient
for CCT node
