APPLICATION FOR SEARCH WARRANT

The undersigned applicant, Pmsg. Ofel Jemaimah I. Oblan of Tiniguiban Police

Station, under oath, most respectfully prays and states that:

1. That a certain John Doe (male, married, more or less 35 years old, medium built
at about 5’8” in height), Jane Doe (female, married, more or less 29 years old,
medium built at about 5’4” in height) and Jajo Doe (male, single, more or less 18
years old, medium built at about 5’9” in height) residents of  Purok Santan, Brgy.
Tiniguiban, Puerto Princesa City particularly described on a sketch herein attached
and made integral part hereof, are in possession o, and has in his control an
undetermined quantity of Methamphetamine Hydrocloride.

2. Based on the information and surveillance of Pcpl. Taylor Swift and Pcpl. Olivia
Rorigo, which joint affidavit are hereto attached as Annex “A” and made integral
part of, there is reasonable ground to believe that respondents are in control,
custody, and possession of the aforementioned undetermined quantity of
dangerous drugs without authority of law including books, receipts, cash, and
other means of committing the offense.

3. During the said surveillance John Doe, Jane Doe and Jajo Doe were seen to have
sachets Methamphetamine Hydrocloride or commonly known as “Shabu” and
waiting for they buyers to come within the vicinity of the Purok Gymnasium of
Purok Santan, Brgy San Tiniguiban, Puerto Princesa City.
 4. It is of great and urgent necessity that a search warrant should be issued to enable
any agent of the law to immediately confiscate and seize at ANYTIME OF DAY
OR NIGHT, and bring the seized and confiscated items to this Honorable Court
and to preclude the respondent from disposing of, and/or distributing the said
dangerous drugs to the public. 

WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully prays that the Honorable Court issue
a Search Warrant commanding any Law Enforcement Officer to conduct search and of
the above described premises at ANY TIME OF DAY OR NIGHT and of the person of
the respondent involved and to seize the person involved and the undetermined quantity
of dangerous drugs above-mentioned including proceeds or fruits in connection with the
violation of Republic Act No. 9165 or the "Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of
2002". to be brought before the Honorable Court to dealt with as the law directs.

JOINT AFFIDAVIT

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED POLICE OFFICERS, both of legal age, bona fide members of
Philippine National Police presently assigned at intelligence section of Brgy,Tiniguiban, Puerto Princesa
City Police Station, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That, upon intelligence information from our informant, there were several deliveries of
methamphetamine hydrochloride, or commonly known as "Shabu", to a certain Jajo Doe,
which will be delivered by John Doe and Jane Doe, who will be riding a LT300 delivery
van with plate number 20221;

2. That on February 26, 2022 with in the vicinity of Gymansium of Purok Santan, Brgy
Tiniguiban, Puerto Princesa City, conducted surveillance operation regarding another
suspected delivery of undetermined amount of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride or
commonly known as "Shabu”;

3.  That on or about 10:00pm of February 26, 2022, a LT300 delivery van with plate number: 20221
arrived in the vicinity of Gymansium of Purok Santan, Brgy Tiniguiban, Puerto Princesa City and
delivered to Jajo Doe five paper bags of suspected Methamphetamine Hydrochloride or
commonly known as "Shabu”; and

4. That upon receiving the paper bags, Jajoe Doe handed a short brown envelope suspected
to be the payment of transaction and said that “BABALIK KAMI BUKAS NG GABI,
SESSION TAYO!”, after which Jajoe Doe proceeded to his house and kept the five paper
bags to a freezer located in their garage.

5. That John Doe and Jane leave the vicinity with their LT300 van with plate number 20221
upon delivering to Jajo Doe the five eco bags.
