The graph represents how many international tourists visited three different areas namely
coast, lakes and mountains in a European country from 1987 to 2007.

Overall, the numbers of people who visited three destinations all increased significantly dur-
ing this period, with the coast experiencing the sustainable growth in the figures of guests.
However, visitors who went sightseeing the lakes decreased quickly between 2002 and 2007.

The coast remained the most attractive area that people wanted to visit within 20 years. From
1987 to 1992, there was a slight fall but the visitors increased significantly to 60,000 people
in 2002, and further, a sharp rise to 75,000 visitors in 2007.

Between 1987 and 1992, the lakes was the least popular destination among three areas, but
the statistic of people who went to the lakes rose most dramatically from 10,000 to 25,000
visitors. In 2002, the number of overseas travelers peaked at 75,000 individuals and then a
quick decrease to 50,000 individuals in 2007.

1987 to 1997. After that, the figures broke out the range, rising to 35,000 visitors in 2000 and
then dipped and quickly recovered.
