As a student when it comes to job hiring or job advertising, I encountered with that because I

used

to work as a sales lady in a private company. I also encountered giving flyers to some people

who

was looking a work, for me finding a job is not easy because some of the job hiring are looking

for some experienced people, many job searchers are not able to comply their papers because of

those job hiring that needs more experienced applicants so that their company will be gain more

profits in their company.

Job hiring is a practice of finding, evaluating, and establishing a working relationship with future

employees, interns, contractors or consultants. You can't make a decision about adding

employees

without knowing what it's going to cost to hire them, and also job advertisement is an

announcement that informs people that a certain job position is available.

As a future applicant, we can find a job easily by the help of internet, newspaper, magazines and

job hiring sites, because in our generation we no longer have a difficulty in finding a job by the

help of the internet and social media platforms that advertising some job hiring. Job advertising

is

more convenient in this generation because of the technology, as an applicant we need to be

patient

in applying works.
