How useful do you think is WAC I and why?

Has this course helped you to read, understand and analyse cases in
a better way? Can you elaborate on this point?

It made us understand the writing formalities and the procedures to exchange formal information in
an organization.

The stage wise break up of analysing a case gave control and confidence to identify problems and
solutions.

What did you learn from each of these cases?


We got an idea of how a business firm or a manager should forecast and introspect about their
works.

Ajanta-competition between glass bottle industry and different packaging options

Dr Narendran’s dilemma –decision taking based on considering factors like commercialization by


patenting or helping through research

redBus – identifying new business or startup based on the requirement in the market.

Sands corporation – how to approach on situations like locating a plant based on purpose,available
resources, expenditures

West Lake – evaluating options considering relations with customers or other benefits

How useful was class discussion of the cases?


We identified our mistakes and how not to rush at solving a case

How useful was class feedback sessions? Should its format be


changed? How? How useful was one-on-one feedback sessions? Do
you have any suggestions about changing it?
Even during these online sessions, we have been given sufficient time/slots to discuss, realise and
understand our mistakes and to improve further
Did you find the pace of the course adequate? Would you want
anything changed in its content?

Pace of course has been great and composed. New subject like this required such steady pace.
