SWOT Analysis of E-Skills

Here is the SWOT analysis of my E-Skills;
Strengths
Following are my strengths;
• I am very professional and skilled in website management. I am expert in the content
management on the website of the company which can prove very beneficial for the
different purposes of the company.
• I have strong analytical problem solving mind which can be very crucial for the
company for the purpose of handling the information management system.
• Uploading of information on the website of the company and different updates can be
carried on by me in an efficient way.
Weaknesses
Here are some of my weaknesses;
• My knowledge about the digital marketing is very limited due to which I have to face
difficulty in my work.
• Another weakness of mine is the organisation of the online information and I have to
face difficulties when I have to organise maximum information on the information
management system of the company.
Threats
• The major threat which I have to face in the company is the competitors of mine who
are very professional in this field. They can give me a tough time by showing their own
skills and abilities in the business management which is done through the use of
Internet in an online way.
Opportunities
Following are the opportunities for me which can be adopted;
• Different training programs are conducted in the company which can be a good
opportunity for me. I can attend this training programs for the purpose of enhancing my
skills and abilities in order to become more beneficial for the company with the
enhancement of my skills.
• I can also enhance my skills by getting knowledge from the most senior and
experienced persons of the company who are having complete knowledge.
• I can take part in most of the business activities which are relevant to my profession
due to which I would be able to maximize the benefit for the company.
Threats
Following are the threats;
• The most senior players of my field can be a threat to me by making themselves more
dominant in the company.
• I can be replaced by any other person who is having more skills and intelligence.
