A. The patient is from rural area. The patient appears older than stated age. He has a
poor hygiene and smells an alcohol. The patient is fat and wears unkempt clothing. The
patient skin is dull and grey. The patient has flushed face. The patient has a bloodshot
eye or a swelling of the tiny blood vessels in the eye. On hand shaking as a sign of
tremor. Patient’s voice tone is raspy. The patient’s speech is difficult and slurred.

B. The patient shows depressed, paranoid and irritated both intoxication and
withdrawal. His face shoes great fear and obsessively anxious. The patient is
unpredictable and rapid mood swing or labile mood. The patient is hostile, aggressive
and has a sexualized behavior. The patient experience feeling worthlessness and
suicidal thoughts or depression.

C. The patient experience delusion. The patient answers a question but only after giving
excessive unnecessary details which leads to circumstantial thinking. The patients
memory is confabulated.
