TITLE: : LTE TIMING ADVANCE COUNTERS FAILING TO COLLECT

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
In order to measure timing advance in the LTE RAN the feature Enhanced Cell ID and the associated counters
pmRaSuccTa & pmUeCtxtTa on all eNode B’s was activated.

The problem is that when these counters are queried they are not collecting any data as shown below.

The counters are shown below:

1. pmRaSuccTa
2. pmUeCtxtTa

REMEDY CONDITIONS

We need to use the complete_mom to change the Systemconstants

Note:

1.Before Systemconstants we need activate the feature on the EnodeB.

2. INTERNAL_PER_RADIO_UE_MEASUREMENT_TA this event need to activate on the PMS CTR.
