GUARDIANS REAL ESTATE ADVISORY
Objective of Internship:  To do the sourcing of clients with the help of Channel Partners.
 To generate leads with the help of MIS.
 To prepare the walk-in tracker containing the details of daily
client's information and daily calling report with the help of
Microsoft Excel.
 To understand and execute Pre-approach activity.

Background of Internship: This internship focuses on the sourcing and closing process which starts
right from generating leads through the Channel Partners to identify the
needs of the Customers.

Methodology:  Primary and Secondary analysis.


 Cold calling.
 boosting sales through direct (by handling clients ) and indirect
(channel partners ) sales.
 gathering product information.
 through competitive analysis.

Findings and Conclusion The source of information of consumers the real estate consultants
play vit al role, quality and facilities are most considerable
parameters at the time of selecting residential property.

Recommendation: I would like to recommend the following:


 To have a systematic approach towards client’s information.
 Wider use of Digital Marketing.
 An Increase amount of communication with the Channel Partners.
